Cascading water beads, plush greenery surrounding us, aroma of hot coffee .. Life gets perfect in this blissful season !

Monsoon is that time of the year where nature is made a hundred times more beautiful to look at and enjoy. Monsoon in India is the time when the atmosphere looks breath-taking, with its pleasant weather, the cold showers of rain and the dusky clouds. The monsoon, also known as the rainy season, spans the months of June to September. When rain comes people can be seen dancing in rain and rejoicing in many way.

Places to visit in Navi Mumbai

Central Park is one of Asia's largest theme parks, spreads over an area of around 80 hectares and is a link between the hills dotting Kharghar and the creek. The park has walk-trails, jogging tracks, fountains, water sports, amusement rides, playgrounds, sports clubs, children's play area, botanical gardens, amphitheatres and recreation areas.

Kharghar hills Encircled by lush green mountains from all sides, Kharghar in Navi Mumbai is no less than a hill station in the rains. A very cool place on hilltop. People prefer to come here for morning and evening walk.

Pandavkada falls It is about 107 meters high & is a type of 'plunge' waterfall in nature pouring in massive amounts of water on the rocky surface underneath. The waterfall comes into its own during the rainy season as rainwater accumulated at the top of the Pandavkada hills gushes down majestically from a great height. The splash that it creates on the rocky terrain below the hill is a sight to behold.

Golf Course The Kharghar Valley golf course is nestled at the foothills of the Kharghar mountain range that provide a spectacular backdrop – particularly during the monsoon period. The golf course is planned as a 18 hole, 7137 yard, Par 72 layout & currently has 9 holes in operation. The 9 hole layout is a long 3665 yard, Par 37 layout with 3 par 5s.

Central Park & ISKCON Sri Radha Madanmohan Temple  It is being developed by the CIDCO, a beautiful landscape. An ISCON temple is attached to this park & are good places to see near Central Park.

SEA is launching website

We are pleased to announce you that we will be soon launching our new website. As most of all, we wanted to help our clients get to know us better; our new website has been redesigned to improve user friendliness and appeal. If you take a look around the site we think you’ll get a pretty good idea of who we are and what we do as a company and how we can help you improve in English language. We hope you will enjoy our new site.

My experience at SEA !
Mr Edgar Augusto (Venezuela)
I come from Venezuela. I describe myself as a Smart, Happy & Traveler. My goal is to learn perfect English. Before coming to India, I was working with my Government in Venezuela. I was a human resource director in the Ministry of education in Venezuela. So I decided to study English in India and chose Stanford English Academy as it’s the best academy in India for English learning. For me SEA has good information about courses in internet and it response me very fast, to all my questions. I like the teachers and all the students, all the staff is very helpful and polite. In India I speak only English every time, If necessary absolutely…. But in my country people don’t speak English, which is a problem in Venezuela. In India you have two options either speaks English or Hindi. And for me English is easier than Hindi. I think that in India you can learn a good

level of English.

Journey is important, not the destination !

Here are the few things you can do to improve your English:

1. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Be confident. People can only correct your mistakes when they hear you make them.
2. Surround yourself in English. Put yourself in all English speaking environments where you can learn passively. The best way to learn is through speaking.
3. Practice every day. Make yourself a study plan. Decide how much time a week you are going to spend studying and stick to it. Establish a routine.
4. Keep a notebook of new words you learn. Use them in sentences and try to say them at least 3 times when you speak.
5. Don’t translate into English from your own language. Think in English to improve your fluency. Talk to yourself…but not on the bus otherwise people will think you have gone crazy!

6. Nobody likes to hear their own voice, but be brave and try it! Record your voice and listen to your pronunciation and intonation. It will help you to identify your problem areas.
7. Use an English dictionary as it will help you to keep thinking in English and not translating.
8. Gather your thoughts. Take a second to think about what you’re going to say. You know the grammar, but maybe you don’t use it correctly when you speak.
9. Be the person to start conversations in English. Try to keep the conversations moving and use listening words (‘really?’ / ‘go on…’/ ‘what happened then?’) Don’t wait for others to speak to you.
10. Figure out how you learn. It can be by memorizing, reading, speaking, summarizing or other methods. Find out how you study best. It can be in a quiet place by yourself or with a group.
11. Make a habit of reviewing vocabulary.
